By browsing, accessing, or initiating an order on the SIPPERWARE digital flagship (sipperware.com), you verify that you have attained the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction and consent unreservedly to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these specifications, you must immediately terminate use of our platform and retail interfaces.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer” or “User”) and SIPPERWARE Inc. We reserve the authority to update or modify these terms periodically. Continued access to our ecosystem following modifications indicates acknowledgement and acceptance of such updates.
Equipment & Product Purchases
All merchandise offerings, including double-wall vacuum vessels, high-capacity tumblers, rugged field coolers, and insulated hydration caps, remain subject to stock availability. We deliberately restrict order quantities per account or billing profile to prevent unauthorized secondary brokerage.
Prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable regional taxes or customs tariffs unless specified otherwise. We reserve the discretion to adjust pricing or rectify typographical discrepancies at any time prior to shipment dispatch.
Order Confirmation
Electronic receipts do not indicate finalized acceptance. Orders are formally confirmed exclusively upon carrier dispatch and tracking issuance.
Custom Laser Engraving
Customized monogram or branded hardware enters production immediately. Bespoke orders are definitive and non-cancellable once submitted.
Thermal Performance & Warranty
Every SIPPERWARE vessel is manufactured using 18/8 food-grade pro-spec stainless steel and engineered to deliver our specified hot and cold retention metrics under standard operational conditions.
SIPPERWARE Lifetime Construction Warranty
We warrant against vacuum insulation seal loss, structural weld failures, and manufacturing material defects for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty explicitly excludes aesthetic scratches, cosmetic powder-coat abrasion, chemical erosion from bleach, or damage arising from accidental drops and commercial dishwashing beyond instructions.
To initiate a thermal inspection claim, retain your purchase confirmation number and submit photographic proof of the defect through our verified support portal. Approved warranty replacements receive identical replacement items or equitable hardware credits.
Intellectual Property
The visual identity, industrial engineering schematics, ergonomic handle profiles, 3D renders, trade dress, typography palettes, and interactive digital interfaces associated with SIPPERWARE are the exclusive proprietary assets of SIPPERWARE Inc.
No portion of this platform or product documentation may be reproduced, mirrored, decompiled, or repurposed for commercial exploitation without prior written sanction from our executive directors.
User Content & Conduct
When transmitting field feedback, community photography, or product evaluations to our site or affiliated social platforms, you grant SIPPERWARE a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and publish that media.
You agree not to upload offensive, infringing, or automated scraping payloads. We reserve the authority to erase unapproved user submissions and block accounts exhibiting malicious query behaviors.
Limitation of Liability
To the utmost extent authorized under prevailing statutory law, SIPPERWARE and its affiliates disclaim liability for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product handling, thermal misapplication, or digital interface downtime.
Liability Ceiling
In no instance shall SIPPERWARE’s cumulative liability across all claims arising from these terms or purchase orders exceed the exact amount actually paid by you for the specific item in dispute during the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the incident.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These conditions shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of legal doctrines. Any legal dispute or controversy arising out of these terms shall be settled via binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Both parties expressly waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings or consolidated arbitrations.
